Malt Extract Powder

Malt extract powder is prepared by vacuum drying the liquid malt extract at high temperatures. The resulting pale yellow powder retains the original, characteristic malty flavours and has a limited 2-3% moisture content. For our cereal extract powders, we prepare liquid cereal extracts from a range of wholesome grains such as millet, wheat, ragi, barley and malted barley, as per our client requirements, which then undergoes the vacuum drying process.
