Our malted products are key ingredients for our clients’ high quality consumer products. Therefore, we ensure the highest quality assurance and controls for our processes and finished products.

Our malting facilities are HACCP and FSSC 22000 certified, and also Halal and Kosher certified. In addition, we undergo regular client audits, which not only assures our clients of excellent quality, but also helps us understand their product and quality needs better.

To ensure quality at all times, we verify and validate our processes, equipment and product parameters throughout the manufacturing process; right from grain sourcing till finished product dispatch.

With one of the best equipped laboratories in the industry, we ensure we test our grains and WIP/ finished products across multiple parameters. Our R&D department also guides the Production & Quality departments in improving plant operations and keeping abreast of the rapidly changing quality standards in the F&B industry.
